  • 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 Green chilies, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for coating)

    Prepare the Filling

    Mash the cooled boiled potatoes in a large bowl. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, fresh coriander, and methi. Add all the spices and mix well until everything is evenly combined and aromatic.
