- 2 tbsp Fish seasoning
- 1/4tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Fresh coriander, to garnish

Prepare the Marinade
Blend the garlic, ginger, and green chili into a paste. Transfer to a bowl and add oil, fish seasoning, cumin powder, black pepper, ajwain, turmeric powder, and fresh lemon juice. Mix well.
