Spicy Chicken Burgers Patties

These spicy chicken burgers patties are juicy, flavour-packed, and easy to make at home. Made with minced chicken, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices, they are perfect served with mint yogurt or spicy chilli sauce for a delicious homemade meal.

  • 10 g Rice flour
  • 10 g Gram flour
  • 90 g Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 10 g Fresh ginger
  • Fresh green chillies (optional)
  • 1 bowl Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Cumin powder
  • 5 g Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 5 g Garam masala
  • 5 g Cumin seeds
  • 2.5 g Hing (asafoetida)
  • 2.5 g Turmeric powder
  • Oil for frying

    Prepare vegetables

    Finely chop onion, tomato, ginger, and green chillies using a chopper or knife.

    Add chicken mince to the chopped vegetables. Add rice flour, gram flour, coriander, and all spices. Mix well until fully combined.
