  • 200 g All-purpose flour (plain flour)
  • 1/2tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 120 g Plain yogurt, room temperature
  • 30 g Oil
  • as needed Warm water
  • to taste Fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste Fresh coriander, chopped
  • to taste Kalonji (black seeds)
  • as needed Butter, for brushing

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.

    Make a well in the flour, add yogurt, then sprinkle baking soda over it. Allow it to bubble and activate.
