  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 halves Mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • to taste Green chilies, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch Coriander powder
  • 1 pack Shop-bought fajita kit (wraps, seasoning, salsa)

  • optional Garlic sauce or chili sauce

    Marinate the Chicken

    In a bowl, add chicken slices, lemon juice, olive oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and coriander powder. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Slice the bell peppers, onion, and chilies if using. Set aside.

    Cook the Chicken

    Heat a wok or pan with a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.

    Add Vegetables and Seasoning

    Add peppers, onions, and chilies to the pan. Cook until slightly softened. Add half the fajita seasoning packet, mix well, and adjust salt if needed. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

    Heat the wraps on a pan, in the oven, microwave, or directly on a flame until warm and lightly toasted. Keep wrapped in foil to stay soft.
