  • 1/2teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Fresh lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Lahori seasoning
  • 1/2teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon Garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
  • 1/2teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder

    Prepare the marinade

    In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, Lahori seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, and the juice of half a lemon.
