- 600 g Chicken fillets, cut into fine strips
- 1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small Onion, finely sliced
- 6 Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Fresh green chillies, chopped
- 2–3tablespoons Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Crushed black pepper, to taste
- 1 packet Chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chilli sauce

Prepare the ingredients
Cut the chicken into fine strips. Finely slice the onion and bell peppers. Chop the cherry tomatoes and green chillies.

Heat a karahi on medium-high heat and add oil. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until fully cooked and slightly crispy.

Add the onions, peppers, tomatoes, and chillies. Season with salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir-fry briefly, keeping the vegetables crunchy.
