These spicy air-fried lamb chops are marinated overnight for maximum flavour and cooked quickly in the air fryer. Juicy on the inside with a tandoori-style spice coating, they make a perfect main dish.

  • 10 g Plain yogurt
  • 10 g Oil
  • 10 g Lemon juice
  • 10 g Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 g Fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 5 g Garlic powder
  • 2 g Red food colouring (optional)
  • 5 g Salt
  • 5 g Coriander powder
  • 5 g Garam masala
  • 5 g Dill
  • 5 g Cumin powder
  • 5 g Turmeric powder
  • 5 g Paprika

    Prepare lamb chops

    Flatten the lamb chops using a rolling pin and pierce with a fork to help the marinade absorb.

    Make the marinade

    In a bowl, mix yogurt, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, food colouring, salt, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric, paprika, and dill.

    Marinate the lamb

    Rub the marinade evenly onto the lamb chops. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

    Preheat air fryer

    Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and lightly grease the basket.

    Air fry lamb chops

    Place lamb chops in the basket and cook at 200°C for 6 minutes. Turn, lightly spray with oil, and cook for another 6 minutes until cooked through.
