  • 0.5 unit Lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Tandoori masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

    Add the chicken pieces to a mixing bowl along with gram flour, corn flour, ginger garlic chilli paste, oil, lemon juice, and all the spices. Mix thoroughly, adding water gradually as needed, until each piece of chicken is evenly coated in a thick, well-seasoned marinade.

    Prepare the air fryer

    Preheat the air fryer to 200°C and lightly oil the air fryer basket to prevent sticking. This helps keep the chicken moist while allowing it to cook evenly and crisp up on the outside.

    Place the marinated chicken pieces into the air fryer basket in a single layer, using a spoon or your hands. Lightly spray or brush the chicken with oil, then cook at 200°C for the first ten minutes.
