This air fryer broccoli pakora is a healthy, crispy snack made with minimal oil. It’s quick to prepare, full of spices, and perfect with mint chutney or chili sauce.

- 2 small Spring onions, chopped
- 1 small Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Oil (plus extra for spraying)
- 4 tbsp Gram flour (besan)
- 4 tbsp Rice flour
- optional Green chilies, chopped

Blanch broccoli
Boil broccoli florets in salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Slice onion, chop spring onions, chilies, and coriander.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onions, coriander, chilies, all spices, gram flour, rice flour, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well. Do not add water; moisture from onions is sufficient.
