- 45 g Tikka masala spice mix
- 45 g Lemon juice
- 15 g Salt
- 15 g Kashmiri chili powder
- 15 g Turmeric powder

- 60 g Oil
- 1 small handful Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare chicken
Dice the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes and wash hands thoroughly.
