  • 1 kg Chicken fillet, diced
  • 90 g Plain yogurt
  • 45 g Tikka masala spice mix
  • 45 g Lemon juice
  • 15 g Salt
  • 15 g Kashmiri chili powder
  • 15 g Turmeric powder
  • 15 g Garlic powder
  • 60 g Oil
  • 1 small handful Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)

    Prepare chicken

    Dice the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes and wash hands thoroughly.

    Make marinade

    In a large bowl, add yogurt, tikka masala, salt, lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, turmeric powder, and Kashmiri chili powder.

    Marinate chicken

    Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well until fully coated.

    Cover and refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 4 hours. Remove from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature before cooking.

    Preheat the air fryer. Spray the basket lightly with oil. Cook the skewers at 200°C for 20 minutes, turning and spraying with oil halfway through.
