- 90 g Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 10 g Fresh ginger
- Fresh green chillies (optional)
- 1 bowl Fresh coriander (chopped)

- 5 g Cumin powder
- 5 g Kashmiri chilli powder
- 5 g Garam masala
- 5 g Cumin seeds
- 2.5 g Hing (asafoetida)
