- 1 litre Full cream milk
- 50 g Brown sugar (or any sugar)
- 40 g Almonds (chopped)
- 20 g Pistachios (chopped)
- 3 g Cardamom powder

Boil the milk
Pour 1 litre of full cream milk into a large pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat.

Reduce the milk
Lower the heat and simmer the milk, stirring continuously, until it reduces to about one-third and becomes thick and creamy.

Add sugar and flavorings
Turn off the heat and mix in the sugar, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, and cardamom powder. Reserve some nuts for garnish if desired.

Cool the mixture
Let the mixture cool slightly before pouring into lolly moulds.

Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, insert sticks, and tap gently to remove air bubbles.

Freeze the kulfi for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
