Strawberry Vanilla Sponge Cake

  • 110 ml Water
  • 270 ml Double cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 227 g Fresh strawberries, sliced

    Prepare the Cake Batter

    Add the cake mix to a mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, and water. Mix well for about 2 minutes until smooth.
