For Cooking
- 200 g All-purpose flour (plain flour)
- 1/2tsp Baking soda
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 120 g Plain yogurt, room temperature
- 30 g Oil
- as needed Warm water
- to taste Fresh garlic, finely chopped
- to taste Fresh coriander, chopped
- to taste Kalonji (black seeds)
- as needed Butter, for brushing

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.
