Homemade Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Small Batch)

  • 275 g Chocolate chunk cookie mix
  • 50 g Unsalted butter, softened
  • 15 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips (optional, extra)

    Mix the Dough

    Add the cookie mix to a bowl and add the softened butter. Mix well until crumbly. Add the water gradually and bring everything together to form a soft dough. Stir in extra chocolate chips if using.

    Divide the dough into six equal portions and roll into balls. Place them onto a lined baking tray and gently press each one down slightly.
