Cheesy Spicy Crispy Flatbread

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 small green chilies
  • 50 grams spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves

    Prepare the Onion Mixture

    Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilies, then grind them together in a mini grinder until smooth. Finely chop the spinach and set it aside. This mixture will add moisture and strong flavor to the dough without needing much extra water.
