    Cook the Khoya Base

Heat a heavy-bottom pan on low flame and add the ghee. Once melted, add the grated khoya and stir continuously to avoid sticking or browning. Cook gently until the khoya softens, looks glossy, and releases a mild aroma, ensuring it stays smooth and lump free.

    Sweeten and Flavor

Add the condensed milk to the cooked khoya and mix thoroughly. Keep stirring on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and combine well to evenly distribute the flavor.
