  • 240 g Fresh salmon fillet
  • 2 Tsp Olive oil (plus a little extra for drizzling)
  • ½ Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Qty Lemon, juiced (use half for marinade, half for finishing)
  • 1Tsp Lahori seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Black pepper
  • ½ Tsp Garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
  • ½ Tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 4Kgs Boneless beef

    Prepare the Marinade

    In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and soy sauce. Add the Lahori seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, and Kashmiri chili powder. Squeeze in the juice of half the lemon and mix everything well to form a fragrant marinade.

    Marinate the Salmon

    Place the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade evenly over the top. Drizzle the remaining lemon juice over the salmon and lightly sprinkle a little extra olive oil if desired. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to absorb fully.

    Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon inside. Spoon a little of the remaining marinade over the top. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes, then add an extra 2 minutes if you prefer the salmon more golden and slightly crisp.
